The Training & Placement (TAP) Cell at Jyothy Institute of Technology is dedicated to preparing students for successful careers through structured, early, and outcome-oriented training and placement support.
Over the last three academic years, the TAP Cell has facilitated 580+ placement offers across six academic departments, despite challenging market conditions. The highest package of ₹45.00 LPA, achieved during the 2023 academic year, reflects the institute’s commitment to quality placements and industry relevance.
Unlike conventional placement models, training begins from the 3rd semester onwards, focusing on aptitude development, core technical competencies, coding fundamentals, professional communication, and overall industry readiness. This phased and continuous approach enables students to build skills progressively rather than relying on last-minute preparation.
The TAP Cell coordinates on-campus, off-campus, and virtual recruitment drives, with internships and placements aligned to VTU guidelines.
